Why Owl VIP requests Gmail access
Owl VIP connects to your Gmail account using Google Sign-In. It does not ask for or store your Gmail password.
Owl VIP requests Gmail metadata access to detect new incoming emails and show notifications with sender + subject.
If you enable Email Snippet in the app's alert settings, Owl VIP requests Gmail read-only access so it can display snippet text in the notification.
Owl VIP is read-only and does not send, delete, modify, label, or move emails.
You can disable snippets at any time and revoke access in your Google Account.
Owl VIP doesn’t store your email content on our servers.
Gmail data is used only to generate the notifications you configure in the app.
