Privacy Policy

Instant Photo Album is operated by Sundae Electronics LLC (“Sundae Electronics,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains how Instant Photo Album handles information.
INFORMATION PROCESSED ON YOUR IPHONE
Instant Photo Album requests Full Photos access so it can list editable album titles, identifiers, and photo counts; create a new Apple Photos album when requested; find images whose creation times fall inside your selected time window; identify screenshots when that option is enabled; check the selected album’s membership; and add only images that are not already in it.
It processes the Photos metadata needed for those functions, including creation times, screenshot classifications, local asset and album identifiers, and album membership. When PhotoKit makes them available, results can include images in the Hidden album.
INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY
The app stores session records in its local app container, including whether you chose a new or existing album, album names, selected times, screenshot preferences, session status, photo counts, Apple Photos identifiers, and information used to prevent duplicate processing.
These records support active sessions and the Recent Albums list. If you allow notifications, Instant Photo Album schedules local reminders that may display an album name according to your iPhone notification settings.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SUNDAE ELECTRONICS
Instant Photo Album has no account system, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or third-party software SDKs.
The app does not upload your photos, Photos metadata, or session records to Sundae Electronics. If you contact us for support, we receive only the information you choose to provide and use it to respond to your request and maintain support records as reasonably necessary.
SHARING AND APPLE SERVICES
Instant Photo Album does not sell or share your photos or local session records with advertisers or data brokers.
Apple separately operates the App Store, Apple Photos, iCloud Photos, notifications, and related system services. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may sync albums and images under Apple’s own privacy terms.
RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES
Local Instant Photo Album records remain on your device until you delete the app. Deleting Instant Photo Album removes its local records but does not delete albums or images already present in Apple Photos.
Revoking Photos access in iOS Settings prevents the app from adding more photos. Revoking notification access prevents reminders. Neither action undoes changes already made in Apple Photos.
SECURITY
Instant Photo Album relies on iOS protections for information stored in its app container. No method of storage is completely secure, but the app does not transmit your Photos library or session records to Sundae Electronics.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will show its effective date.

Instant Photo Album is provided by Sundae Electronics LLC. By using the app, you agree to these app-specific terms. These Terms supplement and do not replace Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also governs your license to use Instant Photo Album.
What Instant Photo Album does
Instant Photo Album creates new Apple Photos albums or adds photo and video assets to an editable album selected by the user when those assets’ Photos creation times fall inside a chosen time window. Regular photos are included; videos and screenshots are included or excluded according to the user’s choices. It does not remove or replace existing album contents. Instant Photo Album is an organization utility—not a camera, backup service, or archival service—and does not guarantee that every intended item, and only an intended item, will be included. Saved, imported, edited, hidden, or iCloud-synced items may be included when their creation times fall inside the window.
Sharing albums
Share Album prepares copies of every photo and video currently in the selected album, including items that may not have been added by the latest session. You are responsible for reviewing an album before sharing it.
Background operation
Scheduled time windows remain fixed even when the app is closed. iOS decides whether and when to grant background execution, so album updates may be delayed until Instant Photo Album next runs. A manually finished session requires you to use Stop & Update Album.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing resulting albums, maintaining any backups you need, managing Photos and iCloud settings, and using the app lawfully. Do not rely on Instant Photo Album as the only means of preserving photos or videos. You retain ownership of your media, album names, and other content.
Apple services
Instant Photo Album depends on Apple Photos, PhotoKit, iOS background processing, notifications, and optionally iCloud Photos. Sundae Electronics does not control the availability or operation of those Apple services.
Availability and warranty
Instant Photo Album is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sundae Electronics does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact-time background execution, or error-free media selection. Warranty and liability terms are further governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and ending use
We may update the app or these Terms. The current Terms will show their effective date. You may stop using Instant Photo Album at any time by deleting it. Questions about these Terms may be sent to Sundae Electronics LLC at:
