This Privacy Policy explains how Sundae Electronics LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the game Outer Space Piñata (the “App”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We designed Outer Space Piñata to collect as little data as possible.

• Show ads

• Use analytics to track your behavior across apps or websites

• Ask you to create an account or enter personal details in the game

If the App crashes or has a serious error, we may receive a crash report that can include:

• App version

• Device model and operating system version

• Basic device state at the time of the crash

• A non-advertising identifier or session ID used only to group crash reports

This data is used only to find and fix technical issues.

1.2 In-App Purchases​

Outer Space Piñata includes optional in-app purchases.

• Purchases are processed by the platform you use (such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or Steam).

• We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

• We may receive limited information (like a purchase token or confirmation) so we can unlock the content you bought.

If you email us (for example for support), we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use this only to respond to you.

 

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fix crashes and improve stability

• Make sure in-app purchases are granted correctly

• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

• Service providers – We use trusted third-party services such as Unity (for crash reporting) and platform stores (Google, Apple, Steam) to help us operate the App. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Crash reports and related technical data are kept only as long as needed to:

• Investigate and fix issues

• Improve the performance and stability of the App

After that, they are deleted or stored only in aggregated, non-identifiable form.

Emails you send us may be kept as long as reasonably needed for support and record-keeping.

 

5. Children’s Privacy

Outer Space Piñata is not designed specifically for young children and is intended for a general audience, including teens and adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@sundaelectronics.com and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
